Udi Solomon has over 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in leading successful security products. Prior to founding Shield-IoT, Udi served as Vice President of Products at ThetaRay and held pivotal roles at Checkpoint, SanDisk, Alvarion and AGT/3i-MIND. Mr Solomon holds an MBA from the Technion University and a BSc in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Noam is an international sales leader in the Cybersecurity software industry, with a proven record of growing early stage tech ventures from no revenue into multi- million dollar unicorns. With over 20 years of experience of evangelizing new technologies, Noam specializes in developing international sales channels as well as leading diversified sales teams through EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Prior to Shield-IoT, Noam held leadership sales roles in Pentera Security and Comsec Group.
Motty has over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record in leading complex, mission critical, large scale systems and distributed R & D teams in the domains of multidisciplinary C4I Systems, Video Analytics, Big Data and AI (Machine Learning and Deep Learning). Prior to joining Shield-IoT, Motty served as Vice President of R&D at Agent Vi, leading the product development from POC to a successful acquisition, before that he held key roles at Better Place, eXelate, and homeland security organizations.
Shani has worked within the global high-tech & startup niches as of year 2006. Shani holds an MBA in Management and a B.A in Accounting and Economics (magna cum laude), from the Tel Aviv university. Shani is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. Shani’s focus, in recent years, has been in leading the CFO role and its staff, for both large & small scale hi -tech companies.
